A.A. Year 11

"This project inspired me to continue to be conscious of my behavior towards others, as well as myself. Three words taken away from this experience would be respect, trust, and purpose. Whether this entails respecting or trusting others, or respecting myself and doing things with purpose and intention, I wish to carry these words with me. Due to IDEA program, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of myself and I believe it carries great value in the lives of many other individuals as well. The organizers of the project conveyed what it means to be a good leader by communicating, listening, and planning which made the experience enjoyable for everybody around."
